SUBSTITUTE TRANSPORTATION: with the Platinum Care Plan you will be compensated up to $30.00 per day up to ten days per occurrence if your vehicle becomes in operable due to failure of a covered component. The Gold Care Plan allows up to $25.00 per day with a maximum of eight days.

With Silver Care Plans you will be compensated up to $25.00 per day for a maximum of five days per occurrence if your vehicle becomes inoperable due to failure of a covered component.

24-HOUR EMERGENCY TOWING: Towing provided to the nearest repair facility, up to 35miles free per incident. Includes accident towing.

24-HOUR EMERGENCY ROAD SERVICE: All of our trucks are equipped to handle minor adjustments to alternator, fan belts, and hose replacements.

24-HOUR ESSENTIAL FLUIDS AND SUPPLIES DELIVERY: Includes delivery of gasoline, water, oil or any supplies necessary to send you on your way. We pay for the delivery. You pay for the cost of the fluids or supplies.

24-HOUR FLAT TIRE ASSISTANCE: We will change your flat tire with your good spare.

24-HOUR EMERGENCY BATTERY ASSISTANCE: All of our trucks are capable of jump-starting your dead battery and tightening cables as needed.

24-HOUR LOCK OUT SERVICE: Whether you locked your keys in the car or your keys are lost or damaged, we will send a locksmith out to assist you.

LOW DEDUCTIBLE: When your vehicle requires covered repairs, you pay only one deductible per visit, no matter how many components are affected.

NATIONWIDE PROTECTION: When traveling in the United States or Canada, a toll-free number is provided for assistance and authorization.

TRIP INTERUPTION: In the event of a mechanical Breakdown occurring more than 100 miles from your home and caused by a part covered by this Agreement, even a part covered by this Agreement that is also covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, you may receive up to $50 per day up to 3 days for meals and lodging.
